Incompetent beyond belief, I have never come across in my entire life so many incompetents employed in one place, they even asked a friend of mine who has an assistance dog, he had to wait outside because dogs weren't allowed, dispite it being illegal to refuse access to an assistance dog, so you can add discrimination to their list of "skills",absolutely discraceful

I have every confidence in this practice and find all the staff very caring and helpful.
